Following Day of the Dead in Patzcuaro we departed towards Mexico City via Morelia. I was to return home for the Baja 1000 desert race to be covered in my next blog post. Louise was to travel for a couple more weeks in Mexico, before flying to Orange County to meet up with me for embarkation on a road trip via motorcycle up the pacific coast, from Orange County, Ca to Vancouver, Canada. This trip will also be covered in subsequent posts. But for now, these pictures are from our day in Morelia, and my day of exploration in Mexico City before catching my flight home to southern California.
